Mediation, even for five minutes with help with the scatter that goes on in our head. Breathing is used in many health modality's and is beneficial to everyone. Stress can be reduced with meditating. It has been scientifically proven that it can help in: increasing your immune system, with better emotional balance, lowers your blood pressure, and you will feel the calmness.
